Wellpage Terms of Service

Effective date: August 20, 2026.

1. Who this is between

These terms are between Wellpage (“we”, “us”) and the business or person who creates a Wellpage workspace (“you”). If you set up a workspace for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. You must be 16 or older; Wellpage is a business tool and is not directed at children.

2. What Wellpage does

Wellpage helps you plan and run your own marketing: campaigns, landing pages, marketing email, social posts, reviews, ads and a simple CRM, with AI-assisted drafting we call the Marketing Brain. Everything it writes is a draft for you to approve — you decide what is published, sent, or spent.

Actions that cannot be undone are always yours. Sending email, publishing a page, spending money on ads or images, connecting an account, changing permissions and deleting things all require a person to authorize them in the app. An AI assistant connected to your workspace can prepare and preview work, but it never takes those actions for you.

3. Your account and your team

Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can invite teammates and give them roles. Only an Owner, Admin or Publisher can publish or send — Editors draft and request publication. The number of seats depends on your plan.

4. Your content and your customers’ data

Your content stays yours. Your brand materials, copy, images, pages, campaigns and contact lists belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you — for example, hosting a page you published or sending an email you approved.

Contacts you upload are your responsibility. You confirm you have the right to hold the contact data you put into Wellpage and to market to the people in it, and that you have any consent your local law requires. We process it on your behalf, and only for your marketing.

You are the sender. Email sent through Wellpage goes out on your behalf, identifying your business. That makes you responsible for complying with the email laws that apply to you (in the US, CAN-SPAM; in Canada, CASL; in the EEA/UK, GDPR and PECR) — including an accurate sender identity, a physical mailing address where required, and honouring opt-outs. Wellpage adds an unsubscribe link to marketing email and enforces the resulting suppressions automatically, but the obligation is yours.

What you can’t use Wellpage for: sending to purchased or scraped lists; unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content; impersonating anyone; anything that puts our sending reputation or other customers at risk. We may suspend a workspace that does these things.

5. AI-generated content

Wellpage drafts copy and images from what you give it — your business profile, your Brand Library and your Brand Memory. Review anything before you publish it. AI output can be wrong, and similar prompts can produce similar results for different businesses, so we don’t promise that generated text or images are unique or accurate. You are responsible for what you publish.

We never invent reviews, testimonials, case studies or logos on your behalf — those come from a real connected source or from you.

Stock photos come from a third-party library under that library’s licence, and AI images are generated by a third-party provider. Your rights to use them are the rights those providers grant.

6. Connected accounts

You can connect accounts you control — social profiles, ad accounts, review profiles, a payment or booking link. Connecting is always something you authorize, and you can disconnect at any time. Those services have their own terms, and what they allow can change; if a platform revokes or limits access, the affected feature stops working through no fault of either of us.

7. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Taxes may be added where required.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and we don’t issue partial refunds for the remainder of a month.

If a payment fails. You keep full access for 7 days from the first failed payment, so there is time to fix the card. If it is still unpaid after that, access to paid features stops: sending, publishing, launching ads and AI generation are switched off, and pages published from your workspace stop being served.

Nothing is deleted when a plan lapses. Your workspace, content and contacts are kept. You can still log in, read and export your data, and starting a plan again restores everything. We don’t hold your data hostage — but we also don’t promise to keep a lapsed workspace forever, and we will give you notice before removing one.

Changing plans. Upgrades and downgrades apply to your existing subscription and are prorated by Stripe on the same billing cycle — you are charged or credited the difference. Prices can change; we’ll tell you before a change affects you.

8. Deleting your account

An Owner can delete a workspace from Settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate: we cancel the subscription, cancel scheduled posts, release connected accounts, unschedule pending email, unpublish your pages, release any custom domain, and then delete the workspace and its content. It cannot be undone and we cannot recover it afterwards — export anything you want to keep first.

Your login itself is not deleted, because you may own other workspaces. We keep a limited record of the deletion and the billing history we are required to keep.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep Wellpage available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we don’t currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Support is by email at aaron@wellpage.com or through the contact form.

10. Our intellectual property

Wellpage — the software, templates, Looks, block system and the Marketing Brain — stays ours. You may use it while your plan is active; you may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or white-label it except where we agree in writing.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data, including your customers’ contact data, and the list of processors we use, is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Where you are the controller of your contacts’ data and we process it for you, that policy describes the processing.

12. Warranties and liability

Wellpage is provided as-is. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that any particular marketing result will follow from using it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost sales or lost data — and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop using Wellpage at any time by cancelling or deleting your workspace. We may suspend or end a workspace that breaks these terms, puts other customers or our sending reputation at risk, or does not pay. Except in serious cases, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to put it right, and we’ll give you a reasonable window to export your data.

14. What happens to your data if you stop paying

If a payment fails, we will attempt to reach you and give you seven days to update your payment method. During those seven days your account and your published pages continue to work normally, and you can sign in to update your billing details.

If the account is still unpaid after seven days, access is suspended. You will not be able to sign in, published pages and connected custom domains will stop serving, and scheduled emails, posts and campaigns will not go out.

We keep your data for ninety days from the date access is suspended. During that period you may restore the account by paying the amount owed, and your content, contacts and settings will be returned to you as they were. We will send you reminders during this period; you may opt out of those reminders at any time.

After ninety days we permanently delete your account data. This includes your contacts, campaigns, pages, uploaded files and brand materials. Deletion is permanent and we cannot recover deleted data.

If you cancel your subscription voluntarily, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the same ninety-day retention period begins when that access ends.

Your data before deletion

You may export your contacts and content at any time while you have access to the Service, including during the seven-day payment window. We recommend exporting anything you want to keep before your access is suspended. If your access has already been suspended, restoring the account is the way to reach your data again.

What we may keep

We may retain records we are required to keep by law or need for legitimate business purposes after your account data is deleted, including billing and payment records, tax records, records of disputes or chargebacks, records needed to enforce these Terms or defend legal claims, unsubscribe and suppression records (so that someone who opted out of your emails is not contacted again), and security and audit logs.

These records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Your rights

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to request deletion earlier than the periods described above. Requests can be sent to help@wellpage.com. Where the law gives you a right to have data deleted sooner, that right applies.

Third-party platforms

Content you have already published to third-party platforms — social posts, ads, and anything delivered to your contacts by email — is not ours to remove and is not affected by deletion of your Wellpage account. You would need to remove that content through the platform directly.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Wellpage after that means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and contact

Governing law and the courts that would hear a dispute are to be confirmed. Questions about these terms: aaron@wellpage.com.
